I keep etting an error message stating windows cannot open
any profiles, in yahoo or any other messenger services to
include my own profile.And now cannot even open my yahoo
mail. What could be wrong, and how do I go about fixing
this problem.....Thanks

Lost or Corrupt User Profile

Create a new account/administrator profile and log in. Then go to C:\Documents and Settings\[Previous User Profile] and copy all folders to: C:\Documents and Settings\[New User Profile]. Then reboot.
