Re: OE messages are cut off on XP SP2
I have found a workaround solution to the problem.

Go to the menu Tools, Options, tab Send, Mail Sending Format,
button HTML Settings and select Encode text using: Base 64.

I had the same problem with long Hebrew messages. The suggested solution worked fine for me.
