Welchia ICMP_SCAN

For about a week now i keep getting a message from NAV that this virus/torjan  has attepmpted to access my computer but has been blocked.  The name and IP address is always the same DELBOY.  I cant understand why what is happening and how do i get rid of it.  i have done a search of the forum posts and there was mention of this problem in April this year but i found it a bit hard to follow.
