I can't contact on-line help--remote services--for my Office product.
Moreover, I'm trying to resolve a Task/format/Font, Font Style, or Size
issue. No matter what I do--I've re-installed, done the Detect & Repair
thing, did a Non-destructive, and then a Destructive Recovery with Windows XP
in my hp pavilion a650y, the did another Detect & Repair, installed,
uninstalled, and installed, and still, when I go to Outlook's Task, highlight
a word, then go to Format/Style, Size, or Font, to change one or all of
those, then Save & Close, once I go back nothing has changed. All is
returned to previous Font/Style/or Size. Things change while I'm there, but
after the Save & Close, when I return, it's all back to where it was. Can
anyone help? Remember, I've tried everything, even a complete Destructive
Recovery.
