printing excel

Hi,
WHen we select excel to print on one machine and someone
else selects pictures on another picture, excel just keeps
spitting out documents and blocks up the print queue so
you have to cancel all the print jobs. We are using XP and
we are on a network printer which works fine at any other
time. Have you any ideas?
