EQ

Every time i try to log into EQ i get an error message
saying the it couldn't find the file d3d9.dll which is a
file needed now to even play EQ. I downloaded the Directx
9.0b patch but same thing happens if you can help please
post a reply. Thanks

Click Start, click Run, type dxdiag and click OK. On the 2nd tab,
DirectX Files, approximately the 6th file down, should say d3d9.dll. If
not, go back to the System tab, and the last line, DirectX Version: See
what it says to the right. If it doesn't say DirectX 9.0b, go to
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com. After you scan your system, check the
Windows items to see if there's an update for DirectX listed for you.
