anti-virus.  For instance this is an upgrade from E2k to E2k3 and the AV<br />
must be removed and reinstalled with the E2k3 version.  Also other issues<br />
with AV in general.<br />
<br />
You may want to first try disabling your anti-virus in the registry<br />
<br />
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeI  S\VirusScan<br />
<br />
Set enabled to 0 to disable the AV<br />
<br />
If this does not work, you may want to completely remove the AV.<br />
<br />
If the problem still occurs, I would suggest calling us to open a support<br />
incident and we can do some store tracing.<br />
