I have to type in our company address every time I create a new user. Is
there any way to set it up for a default address?

The Recipient Update Service (part of Exchange 2000/2003) should be
responsible for stamping email addresses based on your recipient
policies. Are you creating mailboxes for users on the Exchange server
itself using Active Directory Users and Computers?

I didn't mean e-mail address, I mean the company address in the user
properties page. Even when I copy a user to create a new user, the address
disappears - the town, state and country stay but the address field is
blank.

You may want to try copying the address data from another user to the
clipboard before you click the Copy button for the account. You could then
paste the address without having to type it again.
