Graphics keep moving!

I'm creating a 4-column document with screenshots using
Word 2003. Everytime I add or delete text, my screenshot
could jump randomly to the next page, the next column, or
anywhere for that matter. This is getting so
frustrating. I've tried several combinations in the
Format Picture/Layout/Advanced dialog box, but perhaps I
haven't checked the right combination. Is there any way
that I can lock my screenshot to the numbered paragraph
above it so that it doesn't float around randomly when I
make edits? Thank you!
