Will Virtual PC possibly in a Service Pack update provide support for
running Windows XP Professional x64 on 32 bit Windows? Meaning emulating an
AMD64 or Intel EMT64 Processor on the 32 bit Windows.

Thanks

Personal opinion: Not likely. VPC doesn't emulate the CPU and it would
likely be a significant redesign.

But what do I know?

VPC virtualizes the cpu, it does not emulate one. Presently VPC only runs
on 32-bit versions of Windows.
